i. About this site

This site is the property of YouthMonk, a sole-proprietorship business registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, founded by Ramchandra Kumble in 2010. The content is for informational purposes; it does not constitute a binding offer of services. All engagements begin with a written proposal countersigned by both parties.

ii. Engagements & deliverables

Every YouthMonk engagement begins with a written proposal stating the fixed scope, fixed price, fixed schedule, and the specific deliverables. Variations to scope are agreed in writing before any additional work is billed. We do not bill for hours we have not worked.

iii. Intellectual property

On full payment, all custom code, design, and copywriting we produce for you becomes yours. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless contractually agreed otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain under their respective licences.

iv. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share, financials, strategy, technical details, customer data, as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs on request. Client names are withheld from our portfolio unless we have your explicit written permission to use them.

v. The one-year guarantee

If, after a full year of working together on an SEO retainer, your website has not earned more than it cost you in our fees, we will work the next year without invoicing. This guarantee applies to active SEO retainers of twelve months or longer, requires Search Console and GA4 access for measurement, and is contingent on your timely fulfilment of agreed content and review tasks.

vi. Termination

Either party may terminate any retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project engagements (one-time builds) are scoped and billed in milestones; cancellation refunds the unworked portion of the next milestone.

vii. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat. Where the client is based outside India, we will also accept mediation under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
