§ The Monthly Letter

The inbox is still
the most valuable real estate.

For every rupee spent on email marketing, the average return is ₹36. That makes it the highest-ROI channel in digital marketing, when you treat it like a correspondence with people who invited you in, not a broadcast to a passive list.

§ Our Philosophy

An email list is not a number, it is a group of people who trusted you enough to let you into their inbox. We earn that trust back with every send: useful content, honest subject lines, an easy unsubscribe, and a reason to stay.

§ Frequently asked

Questions we hear often,
answered briefly.

i.How often should we email our list?

Enough to stay remembered; not so often that you train them to ignore you. For most businesses, 2–4 emails a month is the range. A highly engaged e-commerce list can sustain more; a B2B advisory list should send less. We test and find your specific threshold.

ii.Our list is old and inactive, is it salvageable?

Often yes. We start with a re-engagement sequence to identify who still wants to hear from you, remove those who do not, and build from the clean core. A smaller, active list always outperforms a large, stale one.

iii.Which platform do you recommend?

Klaviyo for e-commerce (its segmentation and automation are unmatched), Mailchimp for content-first or service businesses, and Brevo for tighter budgets. We work with whichever you already have before recommending a migration.

iv.Can email work alongside our SEO and social?

It compounds all of them. SEO and social bring new people in; email keeps them warm until they are ready to buy. The three together create a flywheel that feeds itself.
